These terms apply when you visit this website or purchase products, digital resources, classes or services from K’s D’Liteful Treats.

Prices and currency

Website checkout prices are in United States dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Where a Barbados-dollar equivalent is displayed, USD $1 is equivalent to BBD $2. Your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment. Payment arrangements may include online bank transfer, cash and 1stPay. Full payment is required before a class space or product is secured unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

We may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing error, inaccurate information, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If payment was received for an order we cannot fulfil, a refund or alternative will be offered.

Products

We aim to describe products, colours, dimensions, quantities and class details accurately. Reasonable variations may occur. Contact us before ordering if a particular measurement, colour or feature is essential.

Digital content

Digital products, recipes, templates, tutorials and class materials are for the purchaser’s personal use or use within the purchaser’s own business. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded or used to create competing instructional products without written permission.

Classes

Participants must follow reasonable safety, conduct and venue instructions. K’s D’Liteful Treats may refuse continued participation where conduct creates a safety risk or materially disrupts the class.

Intellectual property

Website content, photographs, class materials, recipes, graphics and brand elements belonging to K’s D’Liteful Treats remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by product misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised sharing of digital materials or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Raise any dispute directly with K’s D’Liteful Treats first so the parties can attempt to resolve it promptly.
