Returns, Refunds and Class Cancellations

We want you to receive the product, digital resource or class experience you purchased. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Physical baking and packaging supplies

Inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect and provide your order number and photographs where applicable. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund.

Unused and unopened non-perishable products may be returned within 7 calendar days for store credit. The customer is responsible for returning the item to Little Kent, Christ Church in its original condition. Used, opened or customer-damaged items cannot be accepted.

Perishable, food, customised and clearance items cannot be returned because of a change of mind. A remedy will still be provided where required by law if an item is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

Digital products and online classes

Recipe vaults, templates, tutorials, downloads and online classes are non-refundable after the download, access link or login information has been delivered. Contact us within 7 days if you experience a technical access problem so we can assist or restore access.

Face-to-face classes

Full payment secures a class space. Class fees are non-refundable if a participant cancels or does not attend. A participant who gives at least 72 hours’ notice may request one transfer to another available class or allow another person to attend in their place. Transfers require prior approval and are subject to availability.

If K’s D’Liteful Treats cancels a class, participants may choose a full refund or transfer the payment to a rescheduled or future class.
